Everything you need to know about shipping

Shipping options

We ship your order with Post Luxembourg to your delivery address. You can also easily and conveniently have the ordered goods delivered to a packing station of the Luxembourg Post (PackUp 24/24). You only have to enter the Packstation as delivery address. If you are close to us and want to save the delivery costs, you can also pick up your goods personally in our store in Esch-sur-Alzette.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs depend on your country and the total weight of your order. Thin and light articles up to 500 g, such as vouchers, are sent as letter mail, all larger goods are sent in boxes. The table gives you an overview of the costs. The respective amounts include the costs for shipping with Post Luxembourg and additional 2 euros per package and 1 euro per letter for the working time devoted to pack the ordered articles. The packing material is free of charge.

Our shipping boxes

To save raw materials, all goods are shipped in reused cardboard boxes. Besides, we don't use plastic packaging and use plastic-free, environmentally friendly parcel tapes.

Shipping times

Once we receive the payment for your order, we can prepare your articles for shipment. We aim to have your order ready for shipment and delivered to Post Luxembourg within one business day. However, if your order includes one or more articles from a Pop-Up Store, preparation for shipment may take longer for logistical reasons.
