How to return your article
Return
You can return an article that you don't like or that doesn't fit within 28 days following the shipping. Please make sure that the article you are returning is in perfect original condition, unwashed and unused. A careful trying on of the clothes is of course possible. Please stamp your return sufficiently and send it to:

You can also return your goods in person in our store in Esch-sur-Alzette during opening hours.
Return form
To process your return quickly and easily, we need you to enclose a return form. If you have placed your order with your BENU account, you will find the return form in your account under "my orders". Select the order from which you want to return one or more articles. You can then download the return form, print it out and enclose it with your return. Please do not forget to fill in the account number and the account holder, so that we can refund you! Can't find your return form? Or did you order as a visitor without a BENU account? Then you can find a blank return form here. Please fill in the empty fields manually and attach the form to your return.

Refund
We process your return immediately after receipt. We will then transfer the purchase price to your account as soon as possible.
Complaint
If we have mistakenly sent you an article that does not correspond to your order, we will endeavour to deliver the correct article upon request.
If we have sent you an article with production defects, you can ask for it to be repaired. We will then check whether a repair is possible or whether a discount can be granted.
In the case of a complaint (article with production defects, wrong delivery, etc.), due to an error of BENU COUTURE, we will of course cover the costs for the return. In this case we need the account number and the name of the account holder as well as a receipt for the shipping costs.
